Valisa has been in the banking industry for 43 years with 28 of those years being in installment, commercial and mortgage lending. Valisa is currently a mortgage loan processor for Troy Bank and Trust. She and her husband, Jimmy, were married for 27 years before his passing in 2015. She has two children, a son, Tyler and his wife, Alyssa.
